You, as a guest of the wellness center, are very important to us, and we want you to have a pleasurable experience. If you have any question or concerns, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. By arriving early, you will be able to relax and enjoy your experience for the full time allotted just for you. Our staff takes pride in running on schedule. A late arrival impacts their schedule greatly. Late arrivals will be subject to a reduced session in order to keep the day running smoothly.
Visitors and Children Policy
Due to our limited seating and commitment to maintaining a relaxing environment for all our guests, our facilities are reserved for guests only. For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, children are not permitted in the salon, spa or relaxation area unless receiving a service. They may be seated in the front waiting area if accompanied by an adult. Visitors accompanying guests must also remain in the front waiting area.
We require 24-hour advanced notice for appointment cancellations and 48 hours for package cancellations. There will be a 50% charge for a “No Show” or late cancellation.
If you are not satisfied with a product that you purchased we will gladly exchange it for you, or give you a store credit. NO CASH refunds.
Some services and packages must be reserved with a credit card. Any appointment consisting of three or more services requires credit card for booking.
Gift card and gift certificates are non-refundable and expire 5 years from the purchase date.
For those wishing to show appreciation, gratuity envelopes are available at the Guest Services desk. Please note: Ntouch cannot process any credit card or debit card cash advances. Credit card and debit card transactions may only be processed for the exact amount of services and/or retail purchased during your visit. Gratuities are not included in the price of any single service or Gift Card.
