ABOUT OUR SERVICES
All services show a starting price and can increase based on hair length, texture, or additional services rendered. Please consult your technician with further questions.
Not all technicians perform work on hair extensions. All extension services require a complimentary consultation prior to booking.
All services are required to save a credit card on file prior to booking to reserve all appointment.

Numbers of sessions needed may vary to achieve specific results.
Visitors and Children Policy
Due to our limited seating and commitment to maintaining a relaxing environment for all our guests, our facilities are reserved for guests only. For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, children are not permitted in the salon, spa or relaxation area unless receiving a service. They may be seated in the front waiting area if accompanied by an adult. Visitors accompanying guests must also remain in the front waiting area.
Cancellations & Refunds
All service adjustments must be performed within two weeks of initial appointment or additional charges may be applied.
We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50%.
While this fee cannot be refunded, those wishing to reschedule a future service may use this fee as a deposit for their next visit.
Product Returns
If you are not satisfied with a product that you purchased within 30 days we will gladly exchange it for you, or give you a store credit. NO CASH refunds.
Gift Cards
Gift card and gift certificates are non-refundable and expire 5 years from the purchase date.
